In recent years, Senticlab has obtained important awards and funding, both at national and international level, thanks to its work culture and its willingness to guarantee quality and originality products. Thanks to the collaboration with our partners, we have been able to develop products and software solutions that use artificial intelligence to support the work of others. Among these, it is worth mentioning the strict collaboration with synbrAIn for the development of new solutions in the healthcare domain, as well as with our industrial and academic partners.
But our company is not just technology and innovation: Senticlab and synbrAIn are also a family, composed of passionate, motivated and collaborative people, who share the same vision and values. For this reason, we pay a lot of attention to the well-being and professional growth of our employees, periodically organizing training activities, mentoring and team building.
In mid-June 2023, synbrAIn and Senticlab organized a special event for its team: three days of team building in a splendid location surrounded by nature, where participants were able to carry out various playful and recreational activities, aimed at strengthening the team spirit, the mutual trust and the communication.
The event was a success, highlighting how the team building contributed to improve the company climate and to foster the exchange of ideas and skills.
